Droid Commando only shows up in Campaign?

ok so i tried to replace the pilot droid with the droid commando, but there's two odfs so i just changed both. in instant action it's a regular pilot, but in the campaign it's a droid commando. Why is this?

I Think sereja answered this on GT already, but I would also add that the mission lua for both the regular and historical maps should be changed to reflect the new unit designation.
