Crazy OC Mod

It was requested that someone make a drunk-like mod. 
I figured it was worth a shot, I just want some feedback of some things I could edit that are Online Compatible.

Some ideas for things to be edited:
-Unit Speed
-Super Nades
-Jump Height
-Crazy-looking skins
-Map height
-No collision damage
-Jedi/Sith as special classes

I will release this sometime this week, most likely.
I can't do it today, but I would like some feedback for more mission or side.lvl edits that are Online Compatible.

Buckler, would you mind if I released this with your edit Cloud City that you used to April Fools?
I will give you credit.

We have a forum for server side mods that lists all (as yet) known modifications.  Note that skin changes will only affect the players that have the mod.  You can use the sides and common in April Fools (credit sleepkiller please) but keep in mind many of the more fun ones were map specific.
