I'm going to assume that both the waffle and pancake don't have anything on them: in this case, waffles win because they're way crunchier, and pancakes are only redeemed with maple syrup.

If there's something like chocolate chips or blueberries in them, I think both are good, but I'll still give the slight edge to waffles because of the crunch factor  :moo:
