I'm aware of the widescreen patch and that requires you to use a replacement .EXE, as does GameMaster i am wondering if it would be in any way possible to combine the best of both and have 1920 x 1080 multiplayer?

Widescreen is just a launcher, not a new battlefront exe file, so it is independent of gamemaster.
