Crysis in third person

Hi, my son played crysis this weekend. It wasn't in multiplayer. He wrote many cheats on a paper and it changed the game. I noticed he was able to select third person. I ask my son but he didn't know if the third person option was available while in multiplayer with other players. Is it avaiable?

No, unless you launch a mod that allows third person multiplayer.

Is there a classic third person mod for crysis that is kind of known by many players? And would all players have to have the download or could they join without the mod?
