What ping would make someone an extreme lagger? Mine is usually 180-250 but one time it was 2000

So if you move alot you are a lagger? Also the last time I played in a public FC server was months ago. If I were to stand still your shots would register.

Im not talking about crashing, im talking about extreme laggers

The thread was started by someone that said other players told him he "was a danger to the servers".
He will not endanger the servers.

We are not talking about whining about shots not registering, or at least we we not initially talking about that, and if you want to talk about that, then you can make your own thread  ;)

Don't believe everything you read on the internet

I dont need to say other thing than the one I posted: I found that if someone has very bad inet, he lags server.

I always have 160+ ping on American servers. Even though my internet is reliable if I use an ethenet cable. I very rarely lagg shots on PLA server, but I seem to notice some people that lagg mine. Is that just me or..?

I'm lucky that I have good internet now but when I used to play with high ping some people would say I 'sponged' etc. I can assure you it's a much bigger disadvatage for the person with lag :) (and I can't see any way it could affect the server - it never did with me anyway).
To me lag is part of the game and plenty of people play with 250-300 ping, it's only rifles that are ruined by lag, you can beat most people who have high ping with a well thrown grenade. :)
I play less now but I'll always be around, lets keep this site and battlefront going. :)

U mean by a bugnade ?
Also it didnt affect u bcuz u were the lagger x)
Ah Led, in BF2, servers crash by laggers. In a funwar one guy had 560 (about this)
then server shuts down (it had to be restarted)

We are not talking about SWBF2, and never were.  SWBF2 has an option to boot high ping players.  If they don't know how to use it, it is their fault.  And, I bet there was really something else that caused the server to crash anyway...for example, I knew someone that made a program to crash SWBF servers...

The truth is that no SWBF game has ever crashed because someone has a high ping.

Also:
Ive always put autoboot lagger 300 so I know what that is.
I never saw a crasher for BF2 (Dunno if u ever user the F5-F12 commands there)

Why would you create a program to crash servers? Aren't there enough problems already?!

Some people just don't know how to use technology properly..

same to IP Changers :)

Don't players with lots of mods cause servers to lag occasionally? Would that be a client-side lag or a server-side lag?
