Here is a link to a plug in for a teamspeak 3 overlay:

You can use this to associate a voice with a name in case you don't know people by their voice.

The window can be moved around during the spawn screen by moving the arrow over to it.

Note that this requires a download from microsoft, and you also have to ENABLE the plugin in the teamspeak plugins menu.
