try to run it as an administrator, or your computer might not meet the requirements needed for the game.

thanks but that isnt the issue, seriously for those who cant read the wall of text, swbf is telling him he does not have permission to install. He is the admin. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I have not encountered this problem.  However, if it it tries to download FRAPS when he clicks the install button, there is more than one issue and we can not rule out operator error.

Can you find out was OS he is using?  Windows 7 probably?
