anyway i got a game off bittorent (not necessarily illegal) and it tell me that IWN_invalidversion

so anyway a would like to play this game, is there a way to update this game?

What game is it?

by the IWN prefix, I assume it's an Infinity Ward game. The only one that you could possibly not be able to update is Modern Warfare 2. If that's the case, then no. There is not. Buy it on Steam.
