Server Security

So I'm having a problem with my server, and I've had no luck looking on Google for a solution. Someone keeps joining my game, having admin spam messages such as "I am really sick of ending this noob server" or "Do you not get it? Go away". After that the server crashes and resets. I do have a decent admin password, so I'm doubting they are using that. I also do not see ability to ban IP addresses, so no luck there. For anyone else hosting a server, if someone joins from the IP "172.58.16.73" just ban them immediately.

If anyone has a solution to this I would greatly appreciate it, because I am sick and tired of watching someone run around and ruin everyone else's fun.

For dedicated servers, double click on the server window and you can enter an IP address to ban.
