1. The picture you linked is of Tiplar and Tiplee.
2. If a model of her existed, I would probably know about it, so there probably isn't one.
3. Her model looks very complicated, so I don't think many here would be up to the task.
4. She's a doctor, not a knight. I doubt she's ever been in combat. Which is probably another reason no one's made a model of her.
