Breaking news!!!

I tested on Star Wars Battlefront 2 Pal version (SLES_535.01) with this modification and it's working!

The offset for this version is at : 02EBECA40. Just replace the Hex values :

Hi!

I just made the same modification for Star Wars Battlefront 2 (NTSC-U version) and it works!

To proceed to the modification you must go to offset : 073A24410 with Hxd (an hexadecimal editor) :

At this offset you must modify the hexadecimal values

I tested and it works!

It should also works for Pal versions but the offset must be different.

Thank you Oldsnake for the patch. Now we need to find out how to tweak it in order for everybody to use it. Do you think it contains some informations regarding ythe MAC Address of the network adapter or the model of your PS2?

Hi everybody! This is Hunk91 from ps2onlinegaming.com (same nick on SWBF1) aka Hunkskywal on SWBF2.

Regarding the DNAS replacement server address, may be by hooking your PS2 to your computer or using your emulator , and then using wireshark, it could be possible to find the address of the DNAS replacement server?

I will try with the emulator, and if I find something, I will post it here.

As for the github file for implementing a DNAS replacement server Someone called VerditaBR at ps2onlinegaming tried and had sme issues which seemed to be fixed. May be we can get in touch with in to know if he was successfull or not in geting it working.

Best regards
