Question: Is there a command that I can use in a Batch on Dedi Server that prevents any map from the CP's being captured?
Question 2: Is there a command used in Batch that can allows for Deathmatch(no-teams, free-for-all, TK impossible, etc.) and would it work with the no capture as said above?
There are no commands that do that, but you can accomplish those things with modified maps and/or mission.lvl files.

then, can u lend me a file or a link to that allows me Deathmatch on dedi servers? i think ive got it for no cps.

It's pretty easy if you do. If you don't know how, I could probably make it for you.
