this is rhen var citadel with no barriers. it goes well with the mission file. with the mission file you wont die if you jump off the cliff. the mission file i added, is the same one as the one added in with rhen var harbor. the best part of these files is people wont crash when when they join your server. i only used hex edit and battlebelks mission tools to make and alter these files.
