CHANGING THE NAMES OF THE GALACTIC CONQUEST PLANETS?

Hi all is there possible to change the names of the galactic conquest planets and if it possible can someone explain me how to do it.I am sure its coded but i was think that someone know.So?

Im not entirely sure but i think it is a localized part of the game. if u edit ur core.lvl i believe u can change this. Battlebelk has made a localization tool that i beleive would let u change these names
