You can sign up to test the game.  I have heard that you are put into a loop of entering personal info.  Oh, and you have to be older than 18...

Unfortunately for us Mac people we can not play it because Bioware hasn't announced when they will come out with a mac compatible version.  You could use a V.M. but I would prefer trying it on Mac

It says when you sign up that you have to be older than 18. A lot of people have lied I bet but it doesn't matter because I can't play it :(

The 18 is because they want people who are able to be trusted in bug reporting, remember it is a beta, the game itself will not be an 18.

Invertus is correct, If they make the game 18+ they will lose ALOT of kids in school with nothing better to do during the day other then play an MMO, this is how MMO's work the adults you see play it are not the mainstay business, it will have to be at highest a (T for Teen) game. if they want to make alot of money, and well lets be fair this is Star Wars and they are using the prowess of the recent "Clone Wars" series on Cartoon-network to bring them business again proving the target market.

It may have a more mature style, as to draw in adults/collage age people aswell but that is purely why.

I know that it is not going to be an 18 and older game.  It is just they originally said that when they announce the beta it would not have an age requirement so I was disappointed, nothing more.
