In the opening post, it says "All servers are to be hosted by an American host."  The reason for this was because almost all of the servers that are rented are American-based, and the player base seems to be mainly American.  In the past, also, we've noticed that EU servers seem to have more lag for Americans, than EU players playing on an East Coast-based server.  If this is to be changed, we would need someone willing to host an EU server and then a decision made on it.

In short, today's servers are all American.

So Americans cant keep up with EU technology it seems :P as long as servers as east coast, i get no lag here in the UK (but we have very good internet speeds)

Other Games / Re: 2015 steam summer sale
June 15, 2015, 02:34:04 AM
:D sale has been pretty average so far. since 2012, the sales have gone downhill :/ Im trying all sorts of 4 player games with friends over skype because its much more fun playing these new games where we all learn together than just get salty playing CS:GO :) If you need any help finding new games just ask... sometimes the better games are made by the smallest of developers... and the smallest of developers cant pay for their games to feature on the main page or in the daily deals... GabeN is a whore basically

steam sale is on. If you want games to get full steam functionality, just buy 5 of the cheapest action games for a total of £1.

strongly propose steam because its the only thing that i can see surviving until 2020. it controls the market apart from B rated EA games. I ahve used it for many years and its simple enough. if u need any help let me know (making group etc)

Do you own a steering wheel for your PC?  Or a joystick, or something like that?  SWBF seems to have issues with the pedal axis(es) to wheels and causes this, but I have never had an issue with a different type of controller. Try unplugging controllers.  :)

yeah i have a thrustmaster wheel! thats probably it, thanks

its not DICE you should worry about. its EA

Yeah thanks for clarifying that for people. Its a shame EA are publishing the game. So many new and better options. EA (new EA, post 2007) are one of the worst companies to be in.
