First question: How do I add recoil to the sniper rifles? Its such a change from BF1, and I want to change that :D
Second question: Why doesnt the sniper have a reticule like in BF1? How do I add it?

try to experiment a bit.
The sniper in bf2 hasn't a crosshair because the developers decided so ;)
And idk if "adding a sniper crosshair" is a controversial topic here.. Because it's cheating (more or less).
1. Add these lines, then change the numbers until you get the result you want:
RecoilLengthLight = "0.1"
RecoilLengthHeavy = "0.1"
RecoilStrengthLight = "1.0"
RecoilStrengthHeavy = "0.2"
RecoilDecayLight = "0.0"
RecoilDecayHeavy = "0.0"
2. I don't know why it was removed. But it wouldn't be a good idea to add it if your mod replaces the stock sides, as that is often considered cheating in multiplayer. I don't know how to add it either.

That is just like radar for swbf1, and i dont want anyone here saying that it is cheating or not, so please no such stuff here...
