There are several important things everyone should be aware of.

1. 1.0 and En'ten need to reschedule their battle on Temple for sometime this week. The battle does not have to be on Fri., Sat. or Sun., as long as an admin can be there. In this case that shouldn't be hard since Deagle is part of Enten.

Any future rematches (there shouldn't need to be any) must be made up on the same weekend that they were planned for.

2. I have decided that Egypt, one of TcF's ex-planets, will not be given to 1.0. Under normal circumstances, if a clan forfeits, any of their held planets that were attacked would go to the attacker. But since I awarded Mygeeto to 1.0 and Harbor to En'ten to make up for the Friday problems, and since those planets had been attacked by UEF and 212 respectively, it seems fair to simply turn Egypt into a native held planet.

Therefore the next clan to attack Egypt would fight the admins and anyone who wishes to help them (i.e., the natives). However, the natives may be outnumbered and the attacker chooses the date, time, side, continent, etc. unilaterally.

3. 1.0 still gets Mygeeto and En'ten still gets Harbor.

4. Because they were deprived of an attack last week, UEF and 212 may make an additional attack this week (if they so choose).

5. Numbers 2, 3, and 4 above may seem slightly awkward, but I think every clan that was slighted this week for whatever reason has been compensated adequately. If anyone disagrees, tell me.

6. All mercenaries must wear some tag identifying them as non-members of the clan they're helping, to allow for precise counting.

You can't attack Egypt if 212 decides to attack it this week.  If they change their mind and attack a different planet, go for it.  Otherwise, I would just help the natives defend Egypt and attack it next week.

Isn't it supposed to be on the hour?

Battles should be scheduled to start on the hour.

It just seems awkward.  But that's just me

Yes, I would prefer the match to be planned to start on the hour if possible. The reason is to pick a convention so that scheduling is tidier.

I'm always making tiny changes to the Rules as people point out things that are unclear or unspecified. I'll post a couple of the latest changes below since they are more relevant than usual.

If a clan forfeits, their planets become native held, and attackers will face a team of "native". Anyone may show up as a native. However in this case the natives may be outnumbered by attackers. But there is a limit of 2 members per clan on the native side.

Reason: To prevent the native battle from degenerating into another clan-on-clan match.

In a match, at most one-third (1/3) of the players on a clan's side may be non-clan members. In other words, a 2:1 ration of clan:nonclan must be obeyed. There are no restrictions whatsoever on the affiliation of the non-clan players. The rounding rule is: round up. Example: A clan brings 10 members, then they may use 7 mercs.

Sorry but could we change the date and time for the match at Yavin 4 Temple. Friday isn't a good one. We were thinking Saturday or Sunday around 3-5 EST. (last time was just to early)
