Loved both, but Family Guy is to self referential for my taste.

I liked the 3rd Robot Chicken SW the best.

The Emperor getting all reflective, falling to his death while Baba O'Riley plays....
Classy, in an epic prat-fall sort of way.

Don't really like either, but Robot chicken is much much better.
