Imagine that a new tournament will be taking place soon. But before doing so, managers want to know what time and day will be done. What would be the best time and day to do so considering the rest of the players?
Option 1: On Monday afternoon at 2:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM CET.
Option 2: On Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM CET.
Option 3: On Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 PM EST / 8:00 PM CET.

I'd like it on Saturday but later in the afternoon.
Saturday is great for everyone really, unless they have work on Saturdays which is often unusual.

Or perhaps Sunday. The only bad thing then is being up late but only EU players will have that issue and it wouldn't be too late anyway.
I think Sunday is best if it's early otherwise Friday or Saturday if it has to be at a later time.

The fact is that I have in mind to present an individual tournament, is an idea that occurred to me a few days ago and now I'm working on how it should be the format, schedules and rules. Unfortunately, I can't reveal or confirm anything yet, but I won't be long in doing so.
