It's the same as including an image in a post (but with no button.)

As for image hosts, I put everything in my dropbox, but most hosting sites will work.

For image hosting I always use www.imgur.com  . It's free and no sign up required.

Your 1163 pixels over the legal limit for signature image sizes. The limit 500 * 220 pixels while yours is 503 * 221. You may want to fix that

Oops, seems my cropping tool to make the frame doesn't quite work right.

-edit: I decided to use a different signature, so it wouldn't require me the hassle of making another one.
