How to Complain to GLU about the MasterServer

Please note, IGN and Gamespy no longer own Gamespy Technologies as of 2012 August 6. Check with Glu Mobile's support site for assistance on all Gamespy Technology matters from now on.

Furthermore, Arcade and Gamespy Comrade are no longer supported products. In the case of Gamespy Comrade , it belongs to Gamefly (www.gamefly.com).

please give it a try and be sure to explain that this is for windows PC Starwars Battlefront Gamespy Internet Multiplayer and that it appears to be a MasterServer issue.

Actually, Joseph has tweeted them with no response.  I'm not sure there are any humans there.  Nothing on their website seems to have been updated since October.  Joseph has been keeping an eye on them.

I have filled out their support form, no response. 

The phone number might be a viable option, but only during the week.

This company lost $3 million last year.  I think they are probably a two-bit operation these days.

I think our best bet is to polite but persistent.

So it's likely they have no clue that the master server has crashed... :slap:

I filled out their support form a couple of days ago and it said they would get back to me in 3-5 days but then I had an E-mail saying they had high volumes of traffic.
I play less now but I'll always be around, lets keep this site and battlefront going. :)

Probably because everyone has been emailing them the past few days.  :XD:
