Top Ten SWBF Mod Maps of All Time?
« on: April 07, 2015, 11:19:11 PM »
It's time for you to pick your top ten favorite mod maps of all time. Think hard on it! I will compile a list of the maps stated after a few people have cast their vote, then add to it as more top tens are added. It would be a good start for new SWBF players.

Some resources to help you choose

My Top Ten (These are usually the ones I play when I come home or that I've had immense fun on in the past, yes I love playing my own zombie maps. :P):
1. JMMC Undergroud (Just for old times sake)
2. SWBF Museum
3. Otoh Gunga
4. Battle Royale
5. Polar Express
6. Kohlma Moon Of The Dead
7. GGW Cantina
8. Coruscant City
9. Hyperion: Ancient Excavations
10. Tatooine: Boonta Eve

It's hard to choose a top ten since mine regularly changes and it depends if I want gameplay, looks or innovation but from the 200+ on my PC at the moment these ones stand out...

In no order:
1. Polar express - Sereja
2. Nar shadaa: Vertical city - Sereja
3.Coruscant streets - Rends
4.Eddies Italia - Eddie...
5.SWBF Museum - Snake and others
6.Night of the living dead - Phobos/Rage
7.Hyperion 1 - Snake
8. Tatooine city - Ginev
9. Miranda facility - Snake and Unit33
10. GGW cantina - maybe a clan made this?

It's worth mentioning that all the modders who made those maps have other equally high quality ones ad there's other maps I really enjoy like maze from PLA clan nights, everything from the ICW map pack and unreleased (?) ones like big tatooine by Roman.
I play less now but I'll always be around, lets keep this site and battlefront going. :)

Yes it was very difficult to pick a top ten, there's lots of great maps out there. I had to resist the urge to simply list all of Serejas maps and conversions.  :P

Also, I believe GGW cantina was made by Froggy.

I pretty much love all of Rends maps, Sereja's maps and most conversions (Sleepkiller's Geonosis).
And Rhen Var: Bridge and Ord Mantell are also up there on my list.

I'm not going to list te, but my favorite hands down Bespin Zombiecity. I love Death Troopers, so the map is tailored to what I love big time.

Unfortunately, I never did bless myself with a bunch of mods like I'm sure a lot of you did, so here's my small little list...

1. Zombie Castle (Phobos)
2. Rhen Var: Bridge
3. Tatooine: Junkyard

And that's actually all that comes to memory for me, and what I know I've played.
