This skin is actually from the modding tools, I discovered it by random chance while modding Hoth skins.

C:\BFBuilder\Assets\Shipped Worlds\Hoth\MSH\Imp_inf_officeratat.tga

All I did was rename the tga so that it can be used with imp_inf_atstpilot (the imperial pilot skin on maps like mos eisley). To put this in an online mod move the file imp_inf_atstpilot.tga into the MSH folder for your Imp.lvl builder; if placing in a custom map then just copy all the files into msh folder and call upon the msh through the unit odf.
