Giving the campain battle droid a tusken rifle

is it possable to give a the tusken rifle (NOT SNIPER) to the battle droid in campain that has a blaster rilfe?

Are you talking about online compatiblity or mod?
You can do a OC by replaced the
GeometryName       = "cis_weap_inf_rifle"
with
GeometryName                ="tat_weap_tuskrifle"
and put the tat_weap_tuskrifle.MSH in the MSH folder of the CIS   (and the Tga that goes with it)

A Mod would be getting the ODF MSH and TGA of the gun you want, putting them in the CIS directory, and typing the gun name in the charectors weapon slots.

They are both mods, except one keeps online compatibility, and the other may break it if there is a map in mp that uses the campaign droid (ie, a historical campaign server)

Yes but just like Jdee said, 1 is online compatible, and the other isn't.
I am merely trying to ask what kind he wants.
And if you can't get this, you might consider going to the tutorials...
