Yes it is possible to make without any custom assets. It will look basically nothing like a modern hotel. It would take alot of time too. Maybe you should try learning to map and so you can do things like this that don't require custom assets.

Squeddie's Assets + tetris ideas finished off with walls and floors where needed over and over = a huge multi level building. The idea expands from there. Please tell me if map makers can think like this?
