Here is an updated SWBF1 Online Patch Kit.
It contains the patched EXEs, Wolf's patcher, and the HOSTS updates. Basically everything you should need to play SWBF1 Multiplayer on Internet again. See these links for more info:

Not necessarily. Some people can join the servers with only updating their host files. My server lobby freezes on 0% though unless I use the exe patch.

Mine works without changing any ports. Only problem I had is that my antivirus hates Wolfs patch so I had to take it out of quarantine manually.
I've installed so many patches and changed so much recently I'm not sure which ones worked but I can join servers now (I assume all). Huge thanks to everyone involved in this.
