No, you must download a tool, named "Interface Tool", I think you can find it on this site, in download assets directory.

Well, this map already takes about 1 year. So, if I still need to add few new models, ajust gameplay, add and edit custom sides (I wish lot of local alien), add movie, and do something with sound, it may takes about 6 month.
Well if I abandoned works at all of the rest, of my unfinished projects, the job may be done faster...

Well, I can only guess, it stored in common.lvl, and can be edit with Interface Tool, but I cud be wrong. I have to edit common.lvl with Interface Tool some times ago, when I try to add at-rt and barc speeder pilot animation from SWBF2 (whithout this, it crash the game). But I do not know, is it works for infantry sceletons. Anyway, you cud try, and check it out...

The models, is realy based on the game The Force Unleashed, and Bounty Hunter, but they are not converted, they are custom maded by me, with XSI ModTool, PaintShop Pro 7, and HEX editor.
I like to work with lights and effects. With correct light, things become "alive", and very stylish. But unfortunately it overload SWBF1 memory, and the light may just swith off, time, to time. So, I need some tips about decrease light( not effect) LOD visible distanse.
Also, it cud be nice, if somebody, who have real XSI agreed to make and export door animation for my map. If not, I will release it, as it is, without doors at all.
I am surely release assets, after map released, but I will not release gamma version of maps, or it ruin surprise for you. Also, I believe, the maps must be released finished, and bugless as possible, if you wish to get some quality, of course...

As I test it earlyer, this lines in .odf are totaly dead:
[InstanceProperties]
EffectRegion        = ""
Radius          = 5.0
But they works from zeroeditor! Well, at least the radius. I increase it to 99.0, and it's works fine. But with region I have no luck: I create effect region, and add this parameters:
EffectRegion: vacuum
Region ID: vacuum
Propertyes: FoleyFx vacuum
Type: FoleyFx
Gropup I.D. vacuum
I have no result, except, the game is crash after secondary loading. Well, I think it's better then nothing, and this mean, the game is "feel" this line.
The problem is, I probably choose wrong region type, or add some wrong parameters.
It cud be nice, if somebody, more experienced in region making, can test it, and in case of success, post a tutorial for this...

I have many unfinished projects, but this one is realy most beautyfull and complicated. Hope someday I finish it at last, and release it.

Well, you cud try edit common.lvl with Interface Tool, but I am not sure about result.

Nice work with rebel captain! Just like I imagine it! He cud be also be alternative reskined to old republic trooper, if somebody interesting this era...

You mean "side mod"? Well, that explain a lot. The munged side .lvl files do not include REQ files, and the game using stock REQ parameters. So the game just do not "feel" the new sceletons.

What are you mean by that: "pasted it over the stock marksman"?
You sure you put it in this directory: DataModID/Sides ?
Also, you have to edit your Mission LUA like that:
ReadDataFile("dc:SIDE\\all.lvl", "all_inf_rebels");
and that:
AddUnitClass(ALL, "all_inf_marksman3",2)
