For some reason, my sides in clone wars era is mixed up.  Some clone units and CIS units are in opposite sides.  I tried fixing it running the 1.3 r129 installer but it doesn't work.
Munge the stock common folder in the BF2 Builder, and replace the mission.lvl u just made for the old one
