Coustom Map Keeps Crashing

Did you change the memory pools? And Darth3P0, please follow
Led's advice. He knows it's you, and we only allow for one account per computer.

I only added the SetMemoryPoolSize("Entity Carrier", 5) and that was it and im on a tablet

Then try removing that and see if it works.

I recall there were issues with Fred's K-Wing when I tested it in 2009. Either the ODF needs to be updated or the MSH is bugged. Since it could be causing the crash I would try removing it.
If you are using the updated Hovernaut assets I posted it should not crash.

Then there is likely a problem with the map proper, did you add anything to it before it started crashing?

I added another vehicle spawn and labeld it "all_walk_atte"

How my map is loading a very long time

How long have you been waiting? It usually takes about 2-5 minutes for me. (my computer is slow)

So there's no crashing or anything? Then it's probably just lag, nothing to worry about. While it's annoying, you can't do anything about it and it doesn't affect gameplay. This happens to me even on stock maps with stock sides.
