Ai not using vehicles in multiplayer

So whenever I play custom maps on singleplayer, Ai always uses their vehicles. But when Im trying to play the same vanilla/custom map on multiplayer only clones are using their vehicles and CIS forces are just ignoring theirs. They use spiders but not AATs and otehr tanks. I have no idea how to fix it.
