If there are players not in PFA who want to play for Alpha/PFA, it's best to put them on your official clan list, so they count as members and not mercs in a match.
I have our list of members publicly posted in the YAK Recruitment Thread (link in my signature) if you need it for reference. YAK's member list will be changing quite a bit throughout the tournament and I would rather not have to update two lists.

If so, that means he counts as En'ten for the purposes of clan/merc ratio, and counts as merc when playing for any other teams. If not, then there's no need to list his name.

I'd like to point out a "subtlety" in the rules here well in advance, so it doesn't cause confusion later.
---If a player is not on any clan list, they can be added to a clan list immediately before a game. (Of course, then they must remain on that clan list for the rest of the tournament.)

due to some disputes between various members of [FC] im requesting to be re-instated as the primary clan representative with anyder as secondary. hoping this should clear up the confusion about the roster.

I talked to Wusi Sniper the other day and he said that he was going to play with Alpha and he also said that he confirmed it with Kiwi.
