Reveal of the game coming later today. All we know so far is that it's a story-driven single-player game, with no microtransactions or multiplayer component, and that it is set at the beginning of The Dark Times, after the issuing of Order 66. The tagline is "Accept the past".
In Progress:
--Star Wars: Battlefront - Anniversary Edition (formerly Star Wars: Battlefront - Legacy Edition)

On Hold:
--Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron For SWBF1
--Endor: Imperial Base

I recall it being described as like 'TFU without the Mountain Dew', which is encouraging for me.

I yearn for a Jedi Knight 2 - like game with RPG elements with skills trees and all that stuff.

That would be pretty awesome. I liked TFU (not TFU2 so much with regards to its repetitive locations).

TFU2 was unsatisfying in many regards.

The Jedi Knight series as a whole was pretty great, so I could go with that style of play.

'Please, tell me more about the logistics of the design of laser swords being wielded by space wizards' - Some guy on the internet.

Yeah, I'd really like to see a Jedi Knight style game, but I'm not going to get my hopes up until we see what kind of a game it is.

But really any decent story-driven Star Wars game would make me happy.

Gameplay got revealed.

TBH I would have picked more combat for the reveal of a combat-focused game.

Getting definite TFU vibes from this, but dialled back like previously suggested.

No noise after release?
Am I the only one here who loved this game?

I bought it over the Steam sale and have played it once.  I haven't had time and I complained that the tutorial execution at the beginning is one of my pet peeves - spend 20 minutes learning how to move without progressing the story.  I liked it after that though, but I'm not far into it.

Edit: What I mean is that other platformers do it more naturally.  I've always been impressed with how the original 3 Ratchet and Clanks handled teaching movement and mechanics in a fluid way that almost seamlessly flows in gameplay.

I played it and really liked it. It was like having the single player star wars games of the mid 2000s back and the original (to me) gameplay was a nice change from what I've played recently.
I play less now but I'll always be around, lets keep this site and battlefront going. :)

I played it when it released and absolutely loved it. I agree with Phantom though, the tutorial was the bad part. But anything past the tutorial was indeed fun!

I'm hoping to see more of Fallen Order 2 whenever they reveal it!
The years just fly past, don't they?

i liked the game its funny to mess around with the flying glitch
mods and maps in progress:<br />--Bf1 expanded edition 3.0 version
-- bf1 tcw battles
-- bf1 seasons mod season 1
-- bf2 expanded edition tbh

I was totally immersed when playing this game (played through on Xbox One X).

Sliding around in the mud of Kashyyyk, exploring Dathomir, taking in the scenery of broken up At-Ats and LAATs.
It was really a beautiful experience just taking in all the scenery. I felt the artwork included in the game was just breathtaking to take in and I really appreciate the how much work the game artists must have put in to create this gem.

I was shocked that EA allowed such a great experience to get released.

It's not a perfect game, but was really enjoyable to play through and explore the content included.
