Correct. I believe retail versions did include the probe droid in the lvl file and it is called in the LUA by default even though it's not actually used. It's not in the mod tools so the game crashes when it can't find it.

It is also possible that whoever made the side mod changed the names of certain ODFs, but to be able to tell you whether that's the case we might need to know what mod it is you're playing.
Chipping away at a couple of further revisions to this. Here's a new one: a newly-renovated interior for the Endor Shield Bunker.

Hoping you're still out there, and you and your friends and family are still fine.
The only issue I see is regarding memory pools. You'd need to account for deployable vehicles in your memory pools (EntityFlyer, EntityHover etc)
Here is my newest map, Hoth: Rebel Base. It's a 'demake' of the map from the 2015 game, with custom sides. A total of 6 CPs are in this map, 12 AI per side since it is a fairly small map, 175 reinforcements in total. Unlike Dune Sea Exchange (which has also been updated, BTW) this map is more 'closed'.

Here's a few more in-editor shots. I'm currently working on finishing the right side of the base, where the medbay and quarters are.

Welcome back! Intriguing to see where this will go, it's looking very good so far!
I have never heard of that happening before :( . Is it just mine or does it affect any other previously-working mod map?

Here's a couple of WIP shots of my next map, a demake of the Rebel Base map from the 2015 game. I've wanted to do something like this for some time now, but couldn't find the time or inspiration, but after successfully completing Dune Sea Exchange, I've decided to have another go at it. It's already blocked out as these teaser shots show, and I'm in the process of creating from that blockout.

Like Dune Sea Exchange, it's a small, close-quarters-combat map but unlike that map, it's indoors so combat will basically come down to what command posts can be seized. 5 command posts will be there in total and the sides will be based upon the Dune Sea Exchange map's sides.
