I had this problem a while back with this search engine called Delta Search changing my homepage

And tell me how you managed to fight this Conduit? Because from the screenie that BlackScorpion posted in his link, I'd say I've run into the same issue.

I followed it for Firefox and it cleaned it up; I had known how to remove it from Chrome and did so already.

Quick note, stay away from the search engine Qone8 as well. They managed to put a virus on my dad's pc that changed the startup page for all his browsers... of course, it was something that happened to do with me downloading a poptropica mod... but still, stay away

Thank you BlackScorpion, I did it already, and it's gone from Chrome!

However, I can't seem to reset Internet Explorer's settings to factory default for some reason. It keeps saying I need to close a program using it, which is impossible because I have Internet Explorer already closed when doing it. Any solution for that?
