WIP SWBF BUILD v1

this is a mod where you can dispense objects like in gmod

the map is just a big flat map just like gm_fltagrass

so far there is only one unit-if i can get some ideas for some more i can release a beta

Haha, that's pretty cool to have it follow you. (gives me hostage idea, goes into Windows to figure that out)

Hey, it would be useful for the zombie mod, the boxes kinda work as barricades.

Wait - MHG, before you get too far into this project....  I don't know if you are aware of this already but I did a dispensible object experiment quite some time ago (as part of the JvC release) and while fun, any map that relies on this feature will simply crash in multiplayer AFAIK.   Also in my SP maps I don't believe I've ever seen any AI bot use the dispense feature for itself so basically it relegates any maps to SP only and human gamer usage only.

If that's what you want, then that's fine but if you didn't know about this already, I wanted to warn you before you invest too much time in the idea.  I'd at least suggest running your map in MP for yourself before progressing any further.

Possible fix for nap's issue: make the memory pool huge for the dispenser

Possibility for it crashing in multiplayer: It probably crashes in multiplayer because props are loaded with the level, so when a new prop is created there is no way to "refresh" the list of present props, causing the all the copies of the game which are running that session to go out of sync and crash.

What if you created the boxes as a never-die ordinance? That might stop it

they arent even props so that is unlikely satellite, they are modified remote droids

Edit: ok i have tested this online and the follow-me crate dispensers crash it but all the other non-moving objects i was able to dispense and not crash so ill probobly be making a multiplayer version and i single player version if what i say proves to be correct in further testing
