Nope.  You have instructions.  Follow them and maybe someone will have them and share them with you.

I think you can understand that 5-10 year old links won't work.  Please collect your requests in a new post with a link to the old forum posts.
In this way you won't dredge up so many years old posts.

Indeed, take care.  Don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything.

There is/was a fairly extensive site for SWBF2.  https://sites.google.com/site/swbf2modtoolsdocumentation/getting-started

If you want to do something here, you are more than welcome and we can host it either directly in forums or as another site (html/worpress/etc)

Use Firefox, not Chrome.  The DLs are not https, they are http.

We are the website and I am the owner.  Post links to ones you think you cannot download.

See if you can find Sereja's hoth assets.  I am pretty sure he got it to work.

Add it to what?

That is a SWBF1 server hosted in Chicago.  It might be down, I can check this weekend.

Also, that is hosted using our Gamespy replacement called SWBFspy.

SWBF2 Modding / Re: Help with Modding!

Welcome to the site.  There can be many reasons for what you describe, so it is nearly impossible to know why.

In general, my advice is to start with just one change at a time.  Start with a mission.lvl mod, just putting a different unit into a stock map.  If that works--then take the next steps.

Some items you can include in a follow up post:
-what version of SWBF2 are you using (steam/GoG/DVD) and actual version number if you can find it
-your OS version (i.e. Windows 10, etc.)
-the path of your game (folder location)
-the link to the mod tools you are using

I will add more if I can think of more later.

steam/gog is based on 1.3 beta and has a higher limit of mod maps (I dont recall the number, but more than 100 I believe)

All of the assets are in the mod tools and you were told where it is located.

Using the un-munge tool to retrieve a stock asset is like buying a car and tearing it down for the hubcaps.

But hey, you do you.
