Messages - Breakdown

Only way I would consider buying it is if the following are included:

- More content being shipped with release (More than 4 planets)
- Have a better system for vehicle spawning/powerups
- The ability to actually gather your friends on a server and play a game
- Mod tools

I don't think there's good chances for my wishlist lol

Great, I won't be on the next few days ( :xmastim:) but I'll be sure to try and get on sometime during the holidays. Once I go back to school I don't think my school laptop could run it.

Hey Unit, nice to see you too!

After doing some troubleshooting with my disk drive, I'm currently installing SWBF for old-times sake. Hopefully see you guys in game, I have to mess around with some server things I gather?

EDIT: Got it all figured out. Hope to catch you guys in game. What time is there usually activity?

I'd be willing to try for old times sake, but, I might be wrong, doesn't old games like that not even work on Windows 8?

Hey guys,

Not sure if anybody would remember me here (aside from Led). I used to play this game a LOT when I was younger, and did a lot of mods. It's a bit embarrassing now to look back at my post history when I was younger (we were all a bit dramatic, right?), but I have so many fond memories of this game. It was and still is the greatest gaming community I was a part of, so it joys me to see that it is still continuing. There's people I made friends with on this game almost ten years ago that I still talk to. And I love the looks of these new maps/mods that are being made, I wish we could have had stuff like that when I was around.

I haven't actually played in years, and I don't think I would even be able to get my disc to work if I wanted to. I tried playing the new re-boot, but it was nowhere near the same thing. I think I maybe logged about 10 hours on it compared to the 1000 or so on SWBF1. But I just wanted to stop back in and smile at such a great part of my adolescence. Obviously a lot has changed.  But keep doing what you're doing, it's awesome that the game I thought was about to die 7 years ago is still going on.

If you guys have some stories while I am being nostalgic, tell me some! For that matter, are any of my mods still kicking around? I haven't checked the downloads section, and I doubt anybody would play them anymore, but it would be fun to look at again.

Any word if it will be released on PC or not?

ALso, hi guys.

I'd love to play, but I can't show to the assigned date.

Gonna endorse OG for victory. Wish I could be there with ya

My favourite era is probably GCW for a few reasons.

1) I don't really like the prequel films.

2) GCW seems to be a bit more balanced than CW. CW jets are insanely overpowered, but the dark trooper only has short bursts and has a good counter in the wookiee smuggler. The 'true' counter to the jet trooper in CW is the droideka, which is awful to play tbh.

3) Wookiee Smuggler is amazing.

Requests / Re: [Idea/Request] Healing Gun

I'm pretty sure that's what I did, not sure about it's effect on enemies though. I looked into the fusion cutter ODF if I recall correctly. Just take a look at the fusion cutter and you can probably copy it to affect players.

Healing enemies could be an issue, but I thought there were parameters that could fix that.

Sorry for speaking hypothetically this entire time, it's been a long time since I looked at an ODF.

I believe my brother and I bought a PC copy for the first time in the summer of 2007. I started downloading maps/mods later that summer and eventually joined MXG on December 15th.  I'm pretty sure I started modding on March 30th, 2008. Yeah, my memory can be oddly specific.

Before this I had played it on PS2 with my friend.

Ah! I remember a long time ago I successfully made a healing gun. I believe all I did was take a normal gun's damage values and change them to negative. At least, that's what I think I did. It's been such a long time I could be horribly wrong.

Hope I did some help!

Wow, I would've loved to known this back when I was making Raka's Adventure. I realllly wanted some sort of NPCs standing around but I had no idea how to add them.

Welcome Center / Long time no see, fellows!
April 14, 2012, 04:25:37 PM
Hey guys!

Figured I'd stop by and say hello. I'm considering re-installing SWBF again so I thought I'd come around. Chances are extremely slim that I'd start modding again however, seeing as I don't know if the modding tools till work on my new computer.

Anyway, I hope there's actually people I know on here still! Also curious, are my mods/maps still floating around out there? I'd be absolutely enthralled if I could get the chance to play them again, along with old Napseeker ones.

See ya around,

Nice to see you're keeping this up well, Gree/Bacara. I'll try to make some matches maybe.

Ok, I threw in that last part just so this message isn't considered spam. xD though it was an honest answer!
