How do you create a Dedicated Server?

Hello! 

I was thinking, is there a possible way of hosting a dedicated server from your computer and have it run 24/7 with mods for free?
I really want to host my own server but have it running all the time because it gets annoying when you have to set it up over and over again and waiting for people to join. I'd rather have it up and running 24/7 for free so lots of people can join as well if they wanted to.
I hope someone is able to help as it would be extremely useful!

U can run the SWBF2 server manager anywhere. I'll give u a download link in a min.

EDIT: This is a link to my webhosting, but I'll upload it to the SWBFGamers FTP account in a while and Led will add it to the website.

Ok thanks!  But how do I use my downloaded maps? When I open DSManager it only comes up with the original maps.

Adding modmaps to the server is more complicated. I'll PM you how to do it in a min
