BF2 maps to BF1

Hi guys, long time without posting here, i recently bought the game on Gog, and i remember back in the day that someone converted the original BF2 maps to the 2004 game, but i can't seem to find them, if you could give me a hand it would be really appreciated

There's been quite a few versions made but Red04's recent one is the most likely to have a server up at the moment. Be warned it's a big download.
