Is there like a mod where the scout troopers get the same load outs as the regular stormtroopers in BF2?

Well, there should be a mod for everything.Almost.Check on Modbb for them although they don't seem to have a page for SWBF 1 .

If someone has the mod tool installed, it should be easy enough to make for you. Or you can try the mod tools yourself.
