Can't See Server or load Gamespy?

I started SWBF a few minutes ago and could not log into gamespy or see any servers online. If I had to guess its because gamespy is either down altogether or SWBF Servers have been shut down by gamespy. Any thoughts?

2nd post saying this : Gamespy is down... So u cant log into ur account neither see the servers (in swbf1 only as I know)

Ok thats what I figured. Any idea how long they'll be down? Has this ever happened before?

It has been already been down for some hours / mins. So I think nobody knows how long it will take

I was last on at 1:15 so about 3 and a half hours  :wacko:

http://status.poweredbygamespy.com - it wasn't a planned outage so likely they didn't choose to shut down the SWBF service. as i understand Glu now owns the gamespy servers so who knows how long it'll take to fix.

I don't think Disney has anything to do with the Gamespy servers.

I know the ps2 master servers were really flakey for the longest time as interest in the game waned.

Frankly, I'm surprised Gamespy even continues to keep the machines with old master servers plugged in.
