I'm leaving now. I'll still be playing of course since SWBF is an awesome game, I just won't be hanging around here that much any more. I'll probably be back at some point later in the year (Could be a week, a month. We will see.) until then goodbye.  :wave: I can be reached via e-mail if I need to be contacted.

A CTF proof of concept I did ages ago. All files are here but I took the side mshs out to save space, just copy them in from your asset folder.

Have a good poke around all the files to see how I set them up, with a bit of work off this you can get a CTF like mode going.

This is my source side from SWBF Renewed for the CIS.

Theres a good deal of stuff in this and a lot is ported SWBFII stuff.

The main intrest in these would be the weapons and vehcles.

Read the comments I put in ifs_legion. Make your own side LVLs.

Example .req file of what a side LVL that uses this should look like.

What does this mod do?
- New effects for rocket trails.
- New explosion effects.
- New arc-caster effect.

The file should be installed to C:Program FilesLucasArtsStar Wars BattlefrontGameDataData\_LVL_PCCommonENG

Why have random clone legions? When you can pick mid-game what you want to be?

Yes it is the Mid-Game Clone Legion changer. This handy device is useful for all kinds of things like.

  • Calling in the 212th to pound those droids.
  • Calling in the 51st to give you some comoflauge.
  • And of course the 501st to utterly epicly own those droids.
  • Making your morning toast.



And if ggctuk or jdee want this tell me I'll give you the stuff that makes it run. (Although it is going to be used in a small-scale unannouced mod of mine.)

Actual mod that has this in it will be coming soon. (Consider this the WIP for it.)

Well this has been my project for the past week or two. And I'm ready to realse it to you lot. It is Tantive IV (Possibly my favourite SWBF2 map.) Ported to SWBF1.

Known issues.
I had to remove access to the Barracks due to object limit problems. (If I do another realese this will be fixed.)
Afew spots were collision is too strong. (Don't look for them and you will not notice them.)

If you find anymore let me know ASAP, and I'll try to fix them in the next version.

SWBF1 Modding / Objects Going Jump About? O.o

I'm having a problem. I'm placing invisable collision blocks in ZE and 80% of it comes out in its right position ingame but a lot of it does not. Why would this be happening? Does anybody know? It is quite annoying and at the moment has halted my project. Any help on this subject would be highly apperiated!

Let us sit and talk.

About what we can and can not do. With no D/L mods.
We can.
Change weapon damages and unit health, etc
Change which units spawn. I.e make all snipers.
We can not.
Add new units.
Change the map.

We can also make locals playable on maps that already have locals by doing something like this.
