I'm saying there is. Facebook can include a lot more personal info than this site allows. So a predetor could get at you easier because he will have a lot more personal info about you then normal.

Alright quit bickering, point is no-one's forcing you to join and if you do create a FB account it can have much or as little information on it as you desire, since you're the one putting it there.

It sounds like a cool idea but here are the problems that could be faced:
People don't have a facebook account ( i don't )
People might not want their personal info. given to people on the site ( not to be mean )
xfire is just as good so why don't we just continue using that?

I'd advocate using facebook because I don't like xfire. But other then that I really don't care

But remember, I created a ModDB account for swbfgamers too. If we're looking to post cool modding stuff, I say we use that.
