Attacks absolutely must be posted by Wednesday at 11:59 EST. Clans may only attack planets which are connected by a line (in the tournament map) to a planet they currently control.

At least in the beginning, each clan may make 2 attacks per week.
If a clan forfeits, their planets become native held, and attackers will face a team of "native". Anyone may show up as a native. However in this case the natives may be outnumbered by attackers. But there is a limit of 2 members per clan on the native side.
Clans can make planet announcements i.e. "call dibs" before officially listing times, as before.

Alpha must tentatively object to the late time; we started to schedule our available times at the deadline. We are willing to discuss and reach a compromise but a last minute Friday match may not leave us time to notify our members of the proposed time change. I will try to communicate your requested time change with our teammates but we may also need to work out an alternative time. Please discuss with me, Kelle` and or Kiwi later today to see if we can reach an agreed time or compromise on the time you posted. The date has not changed since I posted it wednesday. The only thing that was changed was the date, but since I had not previously discussed this with either you or YAK, the dates were reverted back to their original dates. other than that nothing has been switched. If you need a different time thats fine by me
The Citadel time has been changed to 8 EST, according to an agreement between Alpha and GGR.
Starting next week, the deadline for match info will be Tuesday at 11:59 EST. This will give extra time for possible time negotiations.
