Let me know if you want a copy for your own distribution or for better quality (i cant seem to get it to embed as a pdf, it gives a host gator error, so i had to use imgur, which did a number on the quality). This is the initial issue feedback and suggestions are welcomed.

You may post this wherever you want, but only if you ask me for a digital copy. Feel free to put it on your clans website/forums/whatever. Please do!
