I must not be Americanified enough to get this joke, or it's some weird inside political joke that I don't get.

It's ironic really, I hear more about American politics than my own countries politics, and I still don't get this joke.

Actually, I think good ol' Mrs. Waltsgott always preached about how Nixon wasn't impeached and Clinton was.. Now I'm all confused. Probably from all my repressed memories in that class.
