Who else has Minecraft here? I picked it up today since I wanted to get in on the alpha pricing.
If you have it, can someone give me some pointers? I get the basics but I don't really know how to do any of the advanced stuff that other people seem to be able to do.

Build tools and workbenches.
Go mining for supplies to build more things.
google 'minecraft wiki' and the site has everything you need to know... i usually keep it open while playing.

We are all playing the paid version of the game. We bought it before the price went up yesterday.

This game looks quite interesting, considering its low quality graphics, which I could care less about.
Found a channel with a cool guy that seems to know everything about the game. Heres his channel, he teaches you everything you need to do in a descriptive way.

gamersarmy.net is getting pretty good. I found a gigantic mine under my house, and the entire server is now mining it out for me and HC. It's pretty awesome :)
You guys who don't have it need to get it and play it! NF, you need to figure out how to get through your blocking so you can come see our stuff :D
