idk about pc, but if the clients dont have the exact same mods and maps as the servers you are unable to join (swbf). On CoD and most other games you will automatically be able to download the maps and mods but on swbf you must have the map beforehand to even join.

Mods that only change models, skins, or weapon models are online-compatible with those who do not have the mod. If anything that could potentially effect another user playing the game is installed, then the mod will not be compatible with those who do not have it.

@<AmA>AaM.Snake, I put this together with models that I found on the interwebs and did a few retextures myself. And thanks for the complement. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Also I want to point out that the true name for this should be the 212th Attack Battalion, 2nd Airborne division skin mod and that the snipers coloration is incorrect, but not to worry I will fix it soon.

Allow me to add elements to that Jedikiller.
Mods that change model size and or models or even as a result giving new animations to a troop that never had them, tga texture skins, weapon models, and weapon fire effects are online-compatible with those who do not have the mod.
